Plant HR & Admin Manager
- Fulfill skilled & unskilled manpower requirement as per demands from respective departments timely
- Work out strategies to ensure all time availability of labour headcounts through internal & external sourcing for various functions in factory operations as manufacturing , logistics , housekeeping , stores , maintenance & quality
- Fulfill staff recruitments as per organization chart by effective coordination with respective department , plant head , corporate HR.
- Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews; recommends changes.
- Handling Salary & Wage management of the plant , contractors payments , statutory fees & payments, Employee advances and loans.
- Formulating & evaluating Role cards, PMS & Appraisals pre & post effects.
