Manager - Plant HR

Budget responsibility:

- Control of the Labour Contractors budget

- Admin, CSR and HR budget allocated to the Plant

Strategic purpose of the position:

- HR Manager in the Brewery is responsible for overseeing and management of all the HR Processes & Systems, including their effective implementation across the Brewery at all levels and in line with company's standards.

- This person is the key HR Partner to Plant Manager supporting him and Brewery management in all people and HR related areas.

Personal qualifications / competencies:

- Effective, systematic and very good planning & organising skills

- Ability to communicate clearly - good presentations skills,

- Good interpersonal skills, get easily connections with people,

- Positive and motivating in approach open person capable of cooperating across all the levels and functions in the Brewery and entire organization.
