Position: Manager Finance (PPL & ADF) location of posting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management accounting support to business including P&L preparation by SBU, MIS on month performance against budget, monitor cost trend and drive cost reduction measures with business, work with business to ensure working capital meets the budget.
- Work closely with Global team for all PPL and ADF requirements, and ensure prompt response to all queries. Ensure all deadlines for DSS reporting for PPL is met on time.
- Track all Capex budgeted for the year and monitor actuals against the same.
- Budget preparation, rolling forecast and meet all other management requirement for the business.
- Monitor product costing and highlight low contribution products for corrective actions to drive improvement in margins. Ensure timely release of all IC cost for the global team.
- Track WCM and Purchase saving for the business.
- Work on automation and simplification of process in the business.
- Ensure all compliance of controls as per ICRF.

Nature Of Experience:
- Worked in a similar environment with 5+ years of experience
- Handled plant finance role for end-to-end execution of Plant Finance & Controlling deliverables
- Good team management skills

- Able to prioritize tasks and handle requirements of multiple SBU
- Well versed in Financial and Manufacturing Accounting
- Major part of experience should be in Plant Finance
