Qualification: B.E. in Environmental Engineering / Master's in Forestry/Biodiversity

Experience: 15 - 20 years in relevant industries (Auto/Steel/Pharma preferred)

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage environmental compliance and legal licensing for Bidadi and other facilities.

- Oversee factory licensing and compliance management (EC, CFE, CFO, Air & Water acts).

- Knowledge of WWTP, groundwater recharge, and biodiversity management.

- Engage with government agencies on new regulations and implementation.

- Lead sustainability initiatives aligned with Toyota's 2050 Environment Challenge.

- Knowledge of ISO & QS standards and CSR initiatives in the environmental sector.

Functional Competencies:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Proactive, flexible, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Team management experience.
