We are currently looking for a MANAGER FINANCE position with the topmost fortune 500 MNC in India. The position is to be based at their Plant in Rajamundhry (in Andhra Pradesh).

Job Purpose:-

- To get actively involved in the Budgeting & Forecasting Process and render support to Sr. Manager, Finance to achieve delivery of operating profit as per the 3/1 plan. To Review and approve booking of all Capex, General Stores, DOB Spends, Services, Freight Payments, Scrap sales and ensure compliance of Accounting Standards, SOPs and other guidelines for own area of responsibility. Ensure Correctness of the Payroll including.

- To ensure Monthly reporting / MIS like Site Performance Report, DB, review packs & Latest Estimates / Rolling Forecast and contribute significantly to ensure sustained accuracy of RFC. To ensure total compliance at site with regard to regulatory and corporate governance at site with a view to fulfill “In Place In Use” concept. Maintain Risk Management System (RMS) portal and provide timely information to HO. To ensure all statutory and internal audits are handled efficiently with no high-risk observations.

1. MIS:

- Submit monthly forecasts and Dashboard & other MIS reports with in-depth analysis to support management in decision making

2. Taxation :

- Ensure accurate payments such as TDS, TCS, ESI, PF, Income Tax, Professional Tax, EPF, Service Tax & Market Cess periodic returns and Assessments.

- Handle Litigation / disputes with statutory authorities.

- Completion of assessments

3. OE Financials :

- Vetting of OE benefits on monthly basis as per prescribed guidelines & helping the Finance & IT to drive various cost savings & other projects so as to inculcate the habit of using the OE tools and philosophy as a part of daily work.

Managerial Responsibility

4. Payroll & Employee Services :

- To ensure the correctness of the payroll including Canteen & Contractors & timely payments to employees. Review and approve all expense statements after ensuring that they are raised in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

5. Accounts Payable:

Coordinate SSC to ensure timely payment to vendors, issuance of C Form, TDS, TCS certificate to vendors.

6. Accounting

- Ensure the receipts are accounted accurately and payments are processed on timely basis.

- Ensure a proper reconciliation on fortnightly basis on purchased Vs receipts.

- Conduct audits for all the 5 MCC and ensure financial / statutory compliances & controls.

- Make MIS to bring to surface on exceptional situations / opportunities.

7. Regulatory Compliance

- Liaise with all departments and ensure that all legal enactments applicable are In Place and In Use.

- Ensure that all the Licenses applicable to the site are renewed well on time.

- Maintenance of RMS portal and timely information to HO for all RMS related activities including ppt for RMCB telecons.

- Collect data from all departments and submit Compliance Tracker to HO within agreed timelines.

- Conduct gap analysis for all applicable Legal enactments by working closely with all the departments and develop action plan to bridge the gaps.

- Enhance awareness and compliance to company Policies among employees at site by training/ communication.

- Proactively highlight areas of financial risk/exposure by conducting audits and inspections and ensure adequate risk mitigation measures are in place.

- Ensure compliance to ABAC.

- Carry out and coordinate due diligence audits to ensure the commercial SOPs are being adhered to and meet current business requirement.

Academic Qualification: CA in 1st attempt with 5-8 yrs experience in FMCG/ Foods industry in a manufacturing plant.
