We have been retained by a professionally managed limited FMCG Company in Mumbai with a turnover of more than Rs.26,000 Crore for the recruitment of a Manager-Planning for their corporate office at Mumbai.

Position: Manager-Planning

Locations: Mumbai

BACKGROUND TO THE POSITION

The “Manager-Planning ” should have 4-5 years of experience in supply chain planning domain in an FMCG or consumer durable company & should have directly responsible for demand planning, production planning, inventory planning or network design & having some exposure to customer service/warehousing/logistics.

Functional:

1. Strong analytical skills

2. Should have demonstrated an ability to work in unstructured environment.

3. Good understanding of demand & supply planning process.

4. Demand management : Drive the demand planning process for popular division.Responsible for maintaining the service levels above the benchmarks.

5. Inventory management : Responsible for setting the safety stock norms for the packed finished goods.

6. Network Analysis : Long term planning of network design of popular division.

7. MRP : Drive the requirements planning process for packing materials.

8. Special projects :Participate in supply chain improvement projects and in IT initiatives in supply chain domain.

c) Excellent interpersonal ,communication & presentation skills.

Candidate’s Profile:

Bachelor of Engineering plus should possess some post graduation Diploma/Degree in management from Tier 1 Or Tire 2 college. CPIM/CSCP CertifIcation from APICS.

Minimum - 4-5 years of direct experience in area of demand planning, production planning, inventory planning or network design in an FMCG or consumer durable company.

Ideal age group will be between 30-35 yrs.
