Manager - P&L - Staffing Firm

Job Responsibilities:

P&L Management: Take full ownership of the IT Staffing division's financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability

Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue through client acquisition, account management, and new business development within the IT staffing sector

Cost Management: Implement effective cost control measures while maintaining the quality of service delivery and talent acquisition

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to monitor progress towards financial goals

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT staffing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive exceptional performance

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure a consistent and growing stream of business opportunities

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the staffing industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L operations, preferably in the IT staffing industry

- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze complex financial data

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for financial analysis and reporting

- Strong client relationship-building skills
