We are an executive search company and our client is a leading Insurance company and the job description for this position is mentioned below. Candidate should be from Insurance company only based at Mumbai.
JOB PURPOSE
- To assist in achievement of persistency & orphan servicing goals by ensuring implementation of all initiatives & seamless operations across all persistency touch points. This includes setting of targets, monitoring & reviewing performance, identifying areas of improvement & enhancing synergy between cross functional teams. This role also includes timely and accurate analytics based on customer voc, performance trends and changing external environment to assist in strategy development.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES
I) To execute & manage customer persistency campaigns in order to enhance policy renewal & revival.
SUPPORTING ACTIONS :
1.Define targets, implement & execute successful persistency drives across touch points to achieve persistency goals.
2.Monitor & improve policy renewals & revivals through effective campaign management across touch points.
3.Proactively identify opportunities & intervention to reduce lapsation.
4.Liaise with sales (DSF +TPD), CRT, & TPD support for achieving persistency targets by assisting with data requirement, performance monitoring and reporting.
5.Liaise with branches & zones for successful implementation, execution of campaigns & other persistency initiatives.
II) Execute & manage processes aimed at achieving orphan policy servicing objectives.
1 Define controls & MIS requirements to improve orphan performance matrices.
2. Design processes, liaise with relevant stakeholders and ensure implementation to enhance persistency & CSAT.
3. Ensure 100% documentation of all processes pertaining to orphan servicing.
4. Execute revenue enhancement campaigns
III) Execute & manage processes aimed at reducing policy surrender, enhancing Contactability
1.Define controls & MIS requirements to reduce policy surrender, & enhance Contactability
2.Design processes, liaise with relevant stakeholders and ensure implementation.
3.Ensure 100% documentation of all processes pertaining to persistency & Contactability & ensure adherence to set procedures
IV) Define project requirements and manage projects for improvements in processes, systems, client and
sales force satisfaction,
1. Identify project requirements based on analysis of past performance, feedback from clients, sales force, benchmarking and any other source
2. Prepare business case for these projects
3. Enable implementation by monitoring the project – through its stages of planning, execution and
implementation
V) Lead and manage (recruit, motivate, develop and retain) a team with specialized skill sets.
1.Ensure timely, accurate implementation of HR practices such as job description, appraisals, OHS and feedback.
2.Analyse the training, skills development requirements of the team and enable training for the identified gaps
3.Enable team work; improve interpersonal relationships through close personal interaction with the team.
4.Motivate thru timely appreciation, reward & recognition. Execute analytics to support key decision making and strategy formulation
5.Ensure timely, accurate and comprehensive analysis of data & trends to assist in identification of gaps and areas of improvements.
CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM INSURANCE INDUSTRY ONLY.MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2-3 YRS EXPERIENCE OF DRIVING PERSISTENCY FUNCTION IN ANY INSURANCE Co.
