About the role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be resonsible for Planning, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, display advertising) with a focus on execution and optimization.
What you need to do:
- Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Managing budgets and forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with business goals.
- Continuously testing and optimizing ads, landing pages, and overall campaign performance to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation within our campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
