Performance Marketing Manager


What You'll Be Doing :


- As an effective Performance Marketing Manager, you will set and execute key marketing campaigns, digital plans and demand generation campaigns for TASC and its brands across geographies.

What You'll Do As The Performance Marketing Manager :

- Lead the development of the business's long-term and short-term lead generation strategy, and steer best practices in digital user experience and content through industry best practices and analytics data

- Liaise with key stakeholders to devise a comprehensive digital plan (including but not limited to web, email comms, social, and digital content in general) and its integration into existing systems.

- Explore the utilization of market-leading, multi-channel digital communication developments and technologies to keep all key audiences informed, engaged, and connected with the business

- Provide strategic direction to the team to build campaigns, identify new tools & solutions and work across multiple platforms

- Identify and implement new digital formats (identification of trends and insights) into the overall digital marketing strategy

- Paid and organic media management, website and agency management

- Oversee the company's online presence across different digital marketing channels & drive the vision and performance across these channels

- Plan and manage the execution of all digital marketing communications, including SEO/ SEM, sponsored/ paid search, marketing database, email, paid social and display advertising campaigns

- Oversee tracking of conversion rates and suggest improvements to websites, social channels, on-ground digital touch points, and digital user journeys as required

- Play an active role in any projects or campaigns for mar-tech innovation where digital guidance is required

- Lead the team to act as an internal service provider for the different business units

- Oversee the tracking codes for campaigns are managed effectively to develop an effective digital roadmap that helps increase the effectiveness of the digital campaigns

- Ensure campaign email management platforms such as HubSpot, and Sendinblue are used effectively and integrated with the company website and CRM/ ATS platforms

- Prepare ROI dashboards to understand the status of the campaign and its effectiveness and advise on areas of improvements

- Drive growth and customer acquisition through, product marketing, content & demand generation on digital marketing platforms

- Manage the lead capture process by tracking visits to company vertical websites and social media pages through promoted ads and ensure all relevant contacts are added and integrated with the ATS

- Plan and prepare budgets in line with the overall Marketing Budget for the company

- Manage marketing budget and keep track of all spending to ensure approved budgets are not exceeded

- Achieve ROIs agreed upon in terms of paid media, promoted ads, and overhead of the department

What We Are Looking For :

- Proficiency with all ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

- Track record in performance marketing in a B2B environment is preferred

- Experience in ad automation would be greatly appreciated

- Experience in data analysis

- Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on calculated risks to meet goals effectively

- High level of knowledge with using platforms, e.g., experience in managing CRM, email marketing platforms, GTM, GA and GA4, and Google Search Console

- Track Record in increasing web traffic, conversion and growing online engagement and leads

- Knowledge of digital marketing ranging from website management, SEO/ SEM, PPC, email and databases, organic and paid social media and marketing automation

- Experience in using HubSpot and other related marketing automation platforms

- Highly analytical and commercial with demonstrable experience in making data-driven decisions

- Track record in delivery of digital strategy and execution with measurable results

- Ability to suggest and develop creative ideas and treatments for online content (such as video, copy, and images) for multi-channel campaigns

- Ability to influence beyond direct responsibilities in terms of a customer-first, digital-first mindset

- Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

- Must have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and can manage stakeholders

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- Master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience of which ideally 4 years of Marketing experience in the B2B industry

Job Location: This is an office-based role in Bangalore, India
