Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing & Marketing Automation Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and implement cutting-edge automated marketing solutions. This role is pivotal in leveraging data-driven marketing strategies and technical automation expertise to boost customer acquisition and enhance engagement across our realty projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Design and implement efficient marketing automation workflows to streamline operations and boost customer engagement.
- Craft and refine email marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and nurturing.
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to identify and focus on high-potential leads.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and ROI, deriving insights to drive improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize effectiveness.
- Oversee and enhance the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations with other platforms.
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze and optimize conversion funnels to improve the customer journey and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and marketing automation.
- Proficiency with platforms and tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical capabilities using tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and email marketing best practices.
- Technical skills in HTML, CSS, tag management systems, and basic SQL.
- In-depth knowledge of UTM parameter management, campaign tracking, and data-driven optimization.
