Job Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager is tasked with creating, executing, and enhancing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, who can drive growth through data-informed decisions and innovative marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the company's digital strategy and manage all digital channels to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and acquisition. Manage all stages of the lifecycle from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis Media, Creative, Contents. Core responsibility to Manage Performance Marketing (Google & FB Ads) which includes Spaces.in, all Marketplaces.
- 2Good hands-on experience in performance marketing. He/she will have to take decisions independently and should be involved in the Channel decisions and will have responsibility in achieving the Target of the channel.
- Develop a detailed execution plan for the year along with measurable KPIs and spending control.
- Monitor performance of each marketing channel identify and implement opportunities for improvement test into new marketing channels and scale them if performance is in line with targets for AMS & FKP.
- Plan & manage the execution of monthly advertising and promotions calendar. Manage marketing budgets and ensure profitable ROI in our portal and other portals for our products.
- Closely monitor competitive activities, positioning, brand health, and brand share. Track competitive SKUs for promotions offers.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target.
