About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a marketing agency, handling multiple client accounts, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

# Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

#Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

#Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

#Manage budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

#Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.

#Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad platforms.

#Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely execution and reporting.

#Implement tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Pixel for performance measurement.

Requirements:

#4-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a marketing agency.

#Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

#Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

#Experience in budget management and scaling campaigns effectively.

#Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation is a plus.

#Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.

#Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

#Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.

#Experience working with e-commerce or B2B brands.

#Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
