Role :- Hiver is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive bottom-of-the-funnel leads through paid advertising.
- This is currently an individual contributor role with room to grow 8-12 months down the road.
Years of Experience :- 3-4 years with at least 2 years of core experience in paid marketing. You should have deep expertise in Google Ads.
- However if you're confident in your abilities then we encourage you to apply regardless of the years of experience.
What you'll be doing :- Work closely with the Head of Paid Marketing to grow and optimize the end-to-end PPC funnel (right from keyword research, bid management, writing ad and landing page copy)
- Work closely with developers and designers to build landing pages
- Work closely with the Content and Outbound teams to run retargeting campaigns
- Explore new and/or unconventional paid acquisition channels
- Explore and manage all paid partnerships (example G2 Crowd)
- Rigorously A/B test to maximize the ROI from each channel
What we expect :- Foremost, you're a hands-on person
- You have an analytical mindset and are obsessed with ROI. You know when to pause campaigns and when to double down
- You're comfortable with copywriting
- Up-to-date with the best practices in online paid acquisition and measurement but aren't reluctant to still A/B test
- You take the time to deeply understand a target audience and device campaigns that inform, engage, and motivate to act
- Create progress reports on campaign performance, advice next steps, and share any learnings vis-a-vis messaging, targeting etc
- A team-player who can pick up ad-hoc relatable projects/tasks when urgently required
- Deep expertise in Google Ads platform
- You've worked with companies where the primary target market is US
- You value speed and moving fast
Some must-haves :- Managed a monthly ads budget upward of $ 200K
- Experienced in MS-Excel/Googlesheets user
- Some nice things to have but not dealbreakers
- A Google Ads certification
- You've worked with SaaS companies
- You know your way around CRMs like HubSpot
