Manager - Performance Marketing
- Role holder is responsible for developing and managing the digital demand strategy through marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display and sponsored publisher channels.
- Responsible for the success of performance marketing function as defined by advertising campaign hit rate, return on investments, effective multi-channel marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE :
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Create and manage Social media advertising strategy
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive return on ad spend
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Web, and Analytics teams to identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities based on expected impact.
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
- Set up, manage and optimize email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics report (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
- Effectively communicate campaign strategy, plans and performance across key stakeholders and executives
