Performance Marketing Manager - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/BITS/FMS

What will you:

1. Work on performance marketing - Facebook, Google, YouTube & others to discover ROI positive & scalable channels.

2. Experiment with different ideas to crack Facebook & Google to make ads ROI positive and then scale up the to ads

3. Coordinate with different teams as & when required. For example - coordinate with the design team to get the necessary creatives

4. Create a framework to track and measure the improvements

5. Create MIS and keep the stakeholders informed

6. Build & mentor a team of young professionals, if need arises.

We are looking for someone :

1. Who is well versed in all the performance marketing channels - Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.

2. With 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing. You should have built & made performance marketing campaigns ROI positive.

3. With very high rigor and attention to detail. You should be obsessed about the details & spotting opportunities to optimize.

4. With excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills and a very high sense of ownership and integrity

5. With prior experience of working at a fast growing business would be a plus

6. Have worked in Digital Marketing and SEO for at least 4 years

7. Sync SEO on-page and off-page, Build links, and constantly improve website ranking for targeted keywords every quarter.

Education: IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/BITS/FMS - Tier 1,Engineering , MBA colleges. (not mandate)
