Manager-Performance Marketing
Role Description :
- As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for ideation, execution and reporting of all paid digital campaigns .
- It's critical that you enjoy marketing category creating products and have a knack for increasing mass adoption by unique, innovative and out of the box strategies.

Responsibilities :- Develop campaign strategies, define rigorous A/B test, and drive execution
- Identify new opportunities and channels for digital advertising
- Understand our target audience and personas; help develop new audience personas
- Constantly measure and report campaign performance
- Acquire insights on our campaigns & best practices in online marketing and keep strategies up-to-date
- Ensure that the digital identity speaks to the company's USPs and offline trajectory
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content & product) to ensure flawless execution of daily workflow
Requirements :- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Mandatory understanding of A/B testing, marketing analytics tools, and platforms like Facebook Business Manager & AdWords
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision making
- Ability to fuse popular culture current affairs with business-centric advertising
- Ability to exercise initiative, work effectively under pressure & pay attention to detail
