- Develop and execute O+O content marketing strategies for the hairdresser community.

- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs for the POLs (Hair Dressing professionals).

- Train the community to create engaging and shareable content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest.

- Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.

- Work with tech partners to digitally transform our education academies
