Performance Marketing Manager
Core Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for the overall performance marketing strategy, including but not limited to campaign conceptualization, research, account structuring, creative execution, conversion funnel optimization & reporting.
- You will manage execution across channels, generate learnings by designing testing strategies to optimize audiences, bid strategies, and creatives.
- You contribute to further growth of our performance marketing team in terms of expertise and personnel, as well as foster growth of junior team members.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across digital channels and assets
- You influence the success of our campaign offering by staying on top of recent developments in Ad tech.
Who should apply?
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic, etc.
- 5 to 8 years of experience running performance campaigns
- Experience marketing to users in the United States.
- Regional & Global exposure in user acquisition, growth analytics & AdTech
- Expertise in Media Planning, Campaign Execution, Optimization & Reporting
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
- You are highly adaptable and have the ability to learn quickly and develop solutions for complex marketing programs.
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Ability to break complex problems down into components and solve for each component.
- Desire to work on campaigns where achieving a specified CPA is the #1 goal
