PROFILE OVERVIEW- MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER- PERFORMANCE MARKETING

As a Performance Marketing hire, you'll lead a variety of strategic initiatives on a global scale, and are critical to the growth of the company.

Key Requirements :

1. 2+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing

2. Skilled in at least 2 of these - SEM (Google Search Ads and Bing Ads), Google Ads Ecosystem (Youtube, Discovery, Display), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

3. Experience in other ad platforms like Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others is highly preferred

4. Good analytical skills and ability to present insights rather than just data

5. Experience working in a startup environment and setting things up from scratch would be a plus
