CTC can go up to 15 to 20 Lacs depending upon the current CTC
Responsible for the company's demand generation funnel spanning all performance marketing operations across marketplace channels, including Merchandising, Cataloguing, SEO, Price Mapping, having hands-on campaign optimization, analytics and reporting. Accountabilities: A list of the key responsibilities of the role, detailing what the role is accountable for
a) Looking for the candidate from E-commerce Industry
b) End to end management of performance marketing activity across marketplace that drives traffic & revenue - on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykka, Pharmeasy etc.
c) Managing 1 Cr+ monthly spend budget and campaigns across all marketplaces to drive strong return on investment.
d) Should have worked on client-side E-Commerce companies.
e) Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance
f) Should have demonstrated ability to drive traffic & bring down CPCs/ CPMs
g) Should have experience in managing storefront for optimizing traffic conversions on the site/ app. Campaign planning,
h) Target breakdown to the daily level, dashboarding for review & comfort with analytical tools to track customer funnels is a must
