Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of our company's audiences & buyer personas.
2. Leverage paid channels to drive top of the funnel traffic and MQL velocity
3. Collaborate with the marketing team and create conversion-optimized landing pages
4. Use data to identify patterns and opportunities and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.
5. Measure, track & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPI/ ROI
6. Lead, motivate and grow the performance marketing function within the marketing team.
7. Experiment with existing and new growth channels to plan quarterly spends.
8. Plan and execute rapid A/B experiments across ad creative, ad copy and LPs
Requirements :
1. 6+ years of overall professional experience.
2. Experience managing customer acquisition efforts in paid channels with quantifiable results.
3. Should have managed budgets upwards of $200k/ month
4. Experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, etc), A/B testing (Optimizely), Analytics (Google Analytics), User testing (Hotjar), Marketing Automation (eg. Hubspot), etc.
5. Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
6. B2B/ SAAS product experience would be a big plus
