Responsibilities :

1. Minimizing funnel drops by creating and optimizing customer journeys to increase final conversion

2. Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell services across customer segments to lift revenue and engagement

3. Analysing Activation, Retention and Referral journeys of customers and setting up triggers in the form of PNs, e-mails, and SMS throughout the process to increase conversions

4. Execute the day-to-day production of marketing campaigns and calendars by interpreting utilization, prediction and customer behavior trends

5. Develop and execute marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and highly targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle

6. Establish and manage A/B testing and run experiments to enhance productivity, deliverability, and customer engagement.

Requirements :

1. 2 to 4 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and SQL BQ knowledge is must

2. Strong attention to detail and results-oriented

3. Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative skills

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Past Experience with Paid Ads and Sale planning will be preferred.

Past Experience with Medium to Large B2C ecommerce startups will be preferred
