- Should have experience to achieve ROAS
- Manage all digital campaigns, from media planning, execution to optimization and performance analysis
- Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
- Significant experience in building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as experience in media planning across a broad online media mix.
- Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys etc. Serve as the strategic lead for programmatic display, especially the Double Click suite
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
- Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Manage ROI in line with the business/management expectations
- Drive and manage marketing budgets and campaigns for driving user growth through various Digital SME channels
