We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a D2C/Retail brand based in Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Manage and lead performance marketing for the Company.
- Manage and lead the performance marketing to drive traffic online and in store, acquire new customers, and generate new and repeat revenue growth.
- Develop effective performance management engagements that support the achievement of the business's overall targets, goals, and objectives.
- Responsible for constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
- Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources, and strong customer loyalty
- Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook and Google, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and footfall traffic
- Ensure the optimum performance marketing channel mix that will include digital media, offline channels, analytics and CRM
Requirements:
- Experience in working with D2C or Retail brand or an agency
- Experience of 3-5 years into performance marketing
- Experience working with brands across sectors and categories with a preference on retail brands
- Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
