Manager - Performance Marketing
About the Job :
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and management of paid acquisition campaigns. Your role will revolve around leveraging data insights to drive growth across all acquisition channels.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for performance marketing budgets, go-to-market calendars, campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines.
- Will be directly responsible for marketing attributed sales through the D2C site and aligned partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc)
- Construct and oversee acquisition campaigns across diverse channels such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising to amplify revenue and enhance return on investment (ROI).
- Employ quantitative analysis to scrutinize and refine campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and address marketing performance issues through rigorous analysis, employing tools like Google Analytics to conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop user-friendly reporting and visualization dashboards to effectively communicate complex analyses pertaining to demand funnel, marketing planning, budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay abreast of new and pertinent KPI metrics requirements to facilitate performance management and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to experiment with new strategies and foster innovation.
- Deliver measurable enhancements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all marketing channels.
- Liaise with various agencies and internal teams for maximizing performance marketing effectiveness.
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in a quantitative marketing role, demonstrating proficiency in devising and executing strategies across social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
- Experience in D2C ecommerce and/or handling performance marketing agencies will be a plus
- Hands-on experience in setting up campaigns within platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of data analytics and modeling, with the ability to objectively discern insights for stakeholder dissemination.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong emphasis on ROI
- Education: Degree or MBA or a relevant field, with 5 - 7 experience in Performance Marketing.
