Performance Marketing Manager
Preferred Candidate:
- Overall, 3-8 years of work experience with 2-5 years of work experience in - growth hacking/ digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C product industry
- Extensive and deep experience in running Facebook Ads & Google Ads is a MUST.
- Should have managed ad-spends > INR 1cr per month
- To lead, develop and deliver digital marketing plans in order to reach a targeted audience with required ROI and lead generation targets aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, sales, operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of e-commerce activities.
- Ensure all data and ROI from marketing campaigns are clearly analysed and reported.
- Optimize the sales funnel and customer journey to maximize conversion rates and average order value.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement appropriate strategies.
Knowledge: - Experience in digital marketing space, preferably at a fast-growing start-up D2C brand or FMCG organisation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Past experience of managing relationships with agencies and alliance partners with regular correspondence to maximise lead flow.
- Experience managing a team and mentoring and developing junior team members.
