Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative and external agencies to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure competitive advantage.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, forecasting and allocating resources effectively to achieve targets.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to digital marketing channels.
Qualifications:- Proven experience (2+ years) in a performance marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing automation software.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
