Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategy (paid) for effective conversions and lead generation activities.
- Ideate and execute AdWords campaigns (Google Search, Google Display) to generate conversions and leads in optimized budgets.
- Research and implement on-page and off-page search engine optimization in order to get pages ranked for high volume keywords.
- Develop and implement link building strategies
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords.
- End-to-end planning, implementation, optimization, budget management, reporting, targeting and analysis of campaigns.
- Monitor, Analyze and report the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.
Skills Required :
- 6-8 years of Digital / Performance Marketing experience in managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Campaigns and SEO activities.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRUSH, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Should be able to chart Heat Mapping, User Journey Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization for all digital assets
- Relevant Digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot etc.)
- Experience in SEM activities, focused on B2C conversions and B2B lead generation (sales navigator, campaign manager & in-mail sponsored ads)
- Proficient in Google Ads (Display, Search & Video Ads) Google Remarketing Ads Local SEO (Google My Business & Bing)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a corporate environment.
- Highly organized, good time management skills and the ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
