We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee our performance marketing efforts on Google and Facebook platforms. As a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Google and Facebook, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI) across these channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to achieve business goals and optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies on Google and Facebook platforms to drive online traffic, increase conversions, and meet revenue targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including search ads, display ads, video ads, and remarketing campaigns, to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and targeting the right audience on Google and Facebook.
- Optimize campaign targeting, bidding, and creative elements to improve ad performance, increase click-through rates (CTR), and drive conversions.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools to derive actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms. Apply innovative ideas and techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a specialization in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques for Google and Facebook platforms.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising best practices, industry trends, and platform updates for Google and Facebook.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving measurable results.
