As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible in building , managing and executing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. You will own and manage digital accounts and ensure diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels.
Your responsibilities will vary across:
1. Conceptualize and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & plan
2. Strategize and develop creative needs for Paid Social campaigns
3. Identify the media best suited to meet specific campaign goals and ensure media plans align with business-line strategy
4. Conceptualize and execute end to end campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linkedin + more
5. Allocate and manage budgets on various campaigns while Optimizing being a key driver
6. Generate accurate reporting of campaign performance and extraction of learnings/insights from multiple ad
7. Collaborate across teams to guide creative tests etc on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
8. Connect and engage with influencers, affiliates etc to drive social campaigns
9. Deep dive and report new and emerging trends and channels for paid marketing
Qualifications and experience :
Education: Bachelors or Equivalent in Marketing, Communication or similar discipline
Experience: Total 4 - 8 years' experience in performance marketing preferably in a B2C product/service etc
