Manager Performance Marketing (app Acquisition)

Location : Noida

Experience: 4.0 - 8.0 Years

Must-Have : Working experience in any B2c product firm

Key responsibilities for the job :

- Own digital campaigns to promote the android app. Drive acquisition targets while maintaining quality

- Experiment & coordinate with different partners/account managers to ensure quality and scale are met

- Coordinate with Category team on panning lead targets through the app

- Creation of effective visualization dashboards in coordination with the Analytics team

- Coordinate with CRM for efficient user flow through app funnel

- Ideate & experiment on creatives in coordination with the communication team

Requirements :

- 4-6 yrs experience in App acquisition and engagement

- Experience in running app-specific campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Affiliate, DSPs

- Very Strong analytical & data interpretation skills

- Previous work with large spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau/DataStudio required

- Previous work with the Ed-tech sector preferred
