Role:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources across different channels to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. ) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
