Role & Responsibilities
1. Own and deliver end-to-end growth KPIs.
2. Develop strategic acquisition marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
3. Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
4. Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including: Google
5. UAC Campaigns, Paid social, Paid search, Affiliate partners, Influencers etc
6. Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
7. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
8. Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns 9. Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization
10. Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of experience in mobile app & web based growth.
2. Experience in building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up
3. Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on
4. Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites
5. Familiarity with tools like, Amplitude, Firebase. Google Analytics etc
