Performance Marketing Manager , Reliance 3P Marketplace

- The Performance Marketing Manager is a data centric & analytical individual who will be responsible to drive performance marketing channels including PPC/biddable campaigns & affiliate marketing for Reliance Retail marketplace.


- The candidate will leverage consumer insights and market understanding to plan, implement and optimize marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

- He/she should have a proven track record of achieving results through digital paid media by means of actionable plans and innovative marketing programs.

- This is an early-stage opportunity with Reliance Retail with a chance to work directly with the key stakeholders and shape the journey of Reliance Retail in India. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in ambiguity.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Drive aggressive, high quality user acquisition campaigns on performance marketing channels like Google ads, GA, FB ads, and other relevant performance platforms like InMobi etc.

- Drive app installations and implement retention/ reactivation based campaigns to improve lower funnel conversion

- Manage campaigns end-to-end including coordinating with agency/ creative team for creative/ copy, campaign execution, analysis and optimization

- Identify insights, competition & emerging trends and translate them into opportunities for growth and optimization

- Seek out new digital platforms/ growth opportunities to achieve max ROI and efficient CAC

- Ensure tracking, measuring, analyzing, optimizing and reporting of all campaigns

- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to design and execute successful campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Post Graduate/Graduate from a premium management school.

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, including SEM/PPC campaigns and driving traffic through alternate sources in e-marketplace.

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to convert the data into actionable

- Deep understanding and experience in using FB ads, Google ads, GA

- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English.

- Strong bias for action with high attention to detail.

- Experience with using Excel to maintain and analyze data on a regular basis

- Being able to manage multiple projects and co-ordinate with internal teams with a strong focus on delivering results.
