Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling digital acquisition across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

- Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon, and others.

- Budget & ROI Optimization: Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze data, and generate insights to improve campaign performance.

- SEO & Landing Page Optimization: Work with the content team to enhance landing pages for better conversion rates.

- Retargeting & Audience Segmentation: Implement retargeting strategies and segment audiences for personalized targeting.

- A/B Testing: Experiment with different creatives, ad copies, and strategies to identify the best-performing assets.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising.

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.

- Experience with email marketing, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing is a plus.

- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, and CAC.

- Proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), or other reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
