Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Design and Execute Growth Marketing Campaigns:

2. Paid Advertising Management:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC) to ensure campaigns achieve performance and ROI goals.

3. SEO Strategy and Implementation:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and boost online visibility through on-page and off-page optimization.

4. Analyze Campaign Performance:

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies based on data insights, and generate performance reports to identify key areas for improvement.

5. A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization:

- Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to enhance conversion rates and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in growth or digital marketing.

- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns.

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and optimization.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other marketing tools.

- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
