Will be part of Corporate HR team. Candidate from HR consulting background with an experience of 5-8 yrs in developing PMS of any manufacturing setup and executing it is a must.
Salary to be offered 12-15 lacs.(including 5% variable).
5-8 years of experience someone who has rolled out a PMS system for a manufacturing client.
This person would be involved in first working closing on building KPIs and KRAs and setting up Incentive plans and then accordingly informing everyone
Post which will be responsible for creating a PMS structure for the company and then implementing it.
Male candidates as will involve travelling to their plants to complete their work.

To develop and coordinate policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance indicators and local service delivery performance standards and manage, develop and organize performance indicators,coordinating departmental performance within corporate plans and strategies. The candidate will also be required to develop and produce departmental service plan and other plans where appropriate in liaison with senior managers and departmental staff would be required.Would be involved in first working closing on building KPIs and KRAs
- To manage all departmental performance issues.
- To devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters
- To manage, influence and motivate staff associated with performance issues
- To devise and implement policies and strategies for the development, implementation and monitoring of local service delivery performance standards.
- To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
