Manager Performance Management - NBFC
- The role holder will lead the strategy, planning & execution for key culture-building, performance & feedback processes.
- The role will provide an opportunity to experiment & build people practices ground-up in a Godrej company.
- The role is best suited for individuals who seek to break the mould on way things are conventionally done in the domains of PM, culture building & people processes and finds meaning in creating impact through designing the organisational environment.
Responsibilities :
- Performance Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders to build evaluation/measurement frameworks to drive team & individual performance.
- Build & adapt key feedback processes like 360 feedback reports such that the process serves as a driving force for change within the organisation
- Inculcate technology & lead development of tech-driven solutions in driving the organisation BSC.
- Should be privy to the latest developments on how digital tech is being & can be used in performance enhancement for teams & individuals through goal-setting frameworks & feedback processes.
- Provide meaningful and impactful insights for improving individual & team performance through analytics. Should be highly proficient with analysing performance datasets qualitatively & quantitatively.
