This position is with a renowned manufacturing plant with a global presence. - You will be required to maintain and manage Employee Relations / handling grievance and disciplinary cases - Implement various steps of the Performance Management process, including Goal Setting and Appraisals for the company, as per the approved Performance Management policy - Handle queries from different stakeholders on various aspects of the Performance Management policy and process - Implement various steps of the Salary revision cycle including annual, fixed pay and variable pay revision for the company, in line with the Compensation philosophy and Salary structure of the company - Consolidate organization Structures for various functions and Job Descriptions for all the roles in the company and make periodic updates to the structure and job descriptions - Undertake Job Slotting for all new roles created in the company, from time to time - Update the identified Benefits and HR policies
