Manager - Performance Management with one of the leading Engineering Company.
Scope & Responsibilities :
- Implementation of performance management system through Balance Scorecard at all levels.
- Design and cascade of Balanced Score Cards based Performance Management System.
- Rolling out Performance Management System (PMS) including normalization process to build Performance Differentiation as per accepted norms.
- Facilitate in goal setting process and imparting training to the employees and people managers
- KRA setting, performance corrections, & facilitation of PMS activity. Determination of promotion/special increment on the basis of performance. Monitoring performance correction cases to help improve the weaker links in the organization.
- Analysis of rating pattern and identification of gap as a training needs for employees.
Experience :
- Minimum 10 years Performance Management experience

- Computer literacy (Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education :
- An MBA degree is required.
