- We are looking for a Manager Performance Management and Career Development for an Indian Pharmaceutical MNC based in Andheri, Mumbai.
Job Summary :
- The Manager, Performance Management and Career Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) and career development initiatives.
- This role focuses on driving employee performance, engagement, and career growth by setting clear goals, providing continuous feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
-The ultimate objective is to create an environment where employees are motivated, engaged, and supported in achieving their full potential while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) to drive employee performance and development in alignment with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to establish clear and measurable performance goals for all employees.
- Design and facilitate training programs to support managers and employees in setting and achieving their goals effectively.
- Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives, including but not limited to surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
- Work closely with HR to develop and implement career development programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, and career pathing.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations to assess progress against goals and provide constructive feedback and support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of performance management best practices and methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective performance management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with proven stakeholder management skills.
