- You will maintain a fair and engaged atmosphere in the company by managing Employee Relations and handling grievance and disciplinary cases
- You will implement various steps of the Performance Management process, including Goal Setting and Appraisals for the company, as per the approved
Performance Management policy
- You will handle queries from different stakeholders on various aspects of the Performance Management policy and process
- You will implement various steps of the Salary revision cycle including annual, fixed pay and variable pay revision for the company, in line with the
Compensation philosophy and Salary structure of the company
- You will consolidate organization Structures for various functions and Job Descriptions for all the roles in the company and make periodic updates to the structure and job descriptions
- You will undertake Job Slotting for all new roles created in the company, from time to time
- You will update the identified Benefits and HR policies
- Understand policies and regulations and determine action to be taken on disciplinary and grievance cases
Data Processing -
- Ability to handle and process large volumes of data
- Identify simple patterns and trends when looking at data
Interpersonal Relations -
- Build relations and work effectively with employees across levels and departments
Documentation -
- Maintain updated records in an efficient manner such that relevant information is available to all stakeholders at all times
