6 to 9 years of relevant post MBA experience of working in Life sciences, Pharma or relevant consulting background.

- Business analytics and MIS
- Supply chain - Procurement and inventory management
- Sales Force effectiveness, Business development, Market assessments
- RnD effectiveness

- Business process Re-engineering
- Business systems
- Market assessment, Strategy and Business planning
- Sales and Marketing improvement/transformation
- Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/transformation

- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts (if with relevant consulting experience)
