Peoplesoft Excellance Manager

Leading US MNC is looking for a People Soft-FSCM techno-functional professional.

Note: Candidates with IT/Technical expertise with PeopleSoft development/support who are willing to shift to a functional role can apply.

Responsibilities:

- A domain expert in OTC/billing/AR, you'll be leading the way in exploring and adopting new technology tools, and techniques.

- You will operate across areas within the practice or organization, Research, and development to provide appropriate recommendations.

- Shape and execute on initiatives by analyzing existing processes and systems, helping the teams build constituent-focused tools while also ensuring practicality within existing business rules.

- Working closely with business stakeholders & IT partners to support the development process and ensure that new digital capabilities and tools meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as defined by the CoE team, as well as doing the necessary follow-through research and analysis

Manning people and operations:

- You'll lead by example by working closely with managers, IT partners, and business end users to determine the best solution while guiding and following defined COE principles.

- You'll need to establish a dynamic environment that promotes Continuous learning, team-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT resources to deliver program-level objectives.
