As a Manager - People Operations, you will be responsible for compliance, performance management etc
What you will do:
- Spending time with the HR(Talent), Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on company's offering, its competition, and future outlook.
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously across geographies.
- Taking responsibility ahead of tenure/experience with a super-human drive
- Following an analytical, structured approach since the scale will expand from 100 to 2,000 employees in a very short time.
- Driving HR processes and initiatives from hiring to separation (entire employee life cycle)
- Supporting client discussions, manage employee grievances, and applying the organisation's policies to support delivery and implement growth programs
- Ensuring compliance and governance aspects with respect to statutory laws and labor law.
- Managing drive engagement initiatives & retention programs.
- Ensuring the effective delivery of the HR processes such as Talent Management, Capability Development, People Advisory support, Changing Management, Talent Supply Chain processes, etc.
- Nurturing your team to move to the next level.
- Adapting, communicating and implementing the strategic direction of HR Operations to ensure adherence to policies and processes.
- Developing Human Capital Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with priorities of the business.
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders and business leaders. Advising Management Team on HR imperatives.
- Ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes such as payroll and attendance
What you need to have:
- HR experience in a startup preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Good to have)
- 3-5 years work experience in HR Operations experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Experience in HR analytics and core HR is a great add on
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good in data crunching and excel
