Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure training needs are identified for all the Officers across the organization
- Preparation of Annual Training Calendar
- Ensuring adherence to the plan as per the training calendar
- Ensure identified training needs of the officers are met
- Ensure identification and engagement of external agencies for various external /in house training programs
- Coordinate with all the concerned stakeholders for training programs.
- Design and deliver training programs for officers at junior management level (e.g. Communication & Presentation Skills, Assertive Skills etc.)
- Ensure smooth transition of Entry level officers (Campus Recruits) into the organization via corporate induction
- Ensure all training related MIS is updated
- Develop and train direct reportee
- Monitor the budgeted expenses
- Prepare annual budget for the year
- Part of Annual Planning Cycle for the function
Qualification :
MBA-HR/MA Psychology
