MBA in HR\MLW\LLB with experience of 9-14years.- Having hands-on experience of handling pan India or multi-region compliances for large(4000+) and distributed workforce.
- Experience of managing or experience of working with pan-India compliance agency\partners.
Job Location : Mumbai
This role takes care of 3 broader areas :
a. Compliances
b. Audits
c. Off-Roll management
d. Payroll (Desirable or could grow to handle this portfolio)
2. Ensure that all the compliances (statutory and legal) are timely complied,
3. Partner with compliance & statutory agencies\consultants in ensuring all the existing and new offices\stores\warehouse\studios\etc. have valid licenses & compliances in place at point.
4. Proactively engage in ensuring that new laws, legislations or rulings under various laws and legislations are compiled by creating readiness in the organization basis applicability.
5. Create and ensure adherence to the Compliance calendar.
6. Create and ensure adherence to audit calendar apart from supporting ad hoc or other cyclic audit requirements. Ensure closure of action points or findings both within or outside the function.
7. Ensure the extended organization \ Off-rolls compliance are in place and have zero liability as principal employer or any other legal or statutory exposure.
