Corporate Finance

Reporting To : Head Corporate Finance

No of Reportees : Two

Place of Posting : Bangalore

Role objective : All India payroll, Employee Benefits and other allied matters

Key Responsibilities :

Manage Payroll of 6 SBU and all India - Processing, Control and Compliance:

- Coordination with HR for payroll processing and disbursement within timelines

- Monitor / review entire salary processing & related matters of all payrolls

- Ensure all statutory compliance relating to TDS, ESI, PF, EPS, Professional Tax, etc.

- Monitor periodic online investment declaration through portal for all employees

- Monitor payroll process at TSR level and deliberate/enable improved output by TSR

Retirals/ Superannuation Funds- Processing, Control and Compliance :

- Review Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, payment / settlement in timelines, accounting thereof, preparation of accounts, audit of account, related statutory compliance thereof etc.

- Compliance to Rules and managing Trustee meetings.

Medical :

- Live and retired employees medical coverage management.

- Live and retired directors related medical coverage, settlement management, etc.

Accrual Valuation :

- Provide support for AS 15 Accrual valuation-Data for Pension, Medical, Gratuity, Leave and exited employees compensation

Miscellaneous :

- Statutory return filing, related party transaction data, CLA related payment, retainers payment, disbursement of advance to employees & periodic reconciliation of the same and other related payroll management.

Desired Candidate profile :

Age : below 35

Master Degree : CA / MBA(Finance) preferred

- Knowledge of SAP and Excel.

- Knowledge on Personal Taxation under Income tax Act.

- Good Communication Skill - Fluent in English

Desired experience Level & qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in payroll processing

- Experience in handling PF, Gratuity and Pension matters, preferably exempted Trust Funds.
