- Handling complete Payroll of the company, Handled Payroll In Large Organisation 1000+ Employees
- Responsible for the Attendance update & Leave Record
- Taking care of Full & final Settlement of resigned employees
- Responsible for the all MIS related to salary, compliance and F&F
- Maintain employee database, documentation and HRIS
- Experience in handling the statutory compliance (PF, Med-claim etc)
- Excellent communication skills
Skills Required :
- Should have handled Payroll and Operations for 1000+ employees
- Strong on mathematical skill.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Very Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary Offered : 8- 10 LPA
